AP DU LCSP Onboarding - preparation journey

The online pre-journey is a foundational, self-paced learning experience designed to prepare new Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) for their role. Spread over 10 days, this virtual course introduces core aspects of the LCSP role through daily modules that include short video interviews with experienced LCSPs, reflection exercises, and thought-provoking prompts. Each day focuses on a different dimension of LCSP responsibilities, guiding participants in developing a strategic mindset and establishing a foundation for success. This online pre-journey allows LCSPs to enter the live session with a foundation of knowledge and thoughtful reflections, ready to develop actionable plans for their accounts.
